My 06 330xi would not start. The switch for the ignition won't go into position 2 Where usually all the lights on the speedometer turn in right before starting. When I push the start button no noise. Battery is fine. No sluggish starts in the past. This happened all of a sudden. Can anyone help.

Last night I bought kW v1's, valve cover gasket, valvetronic gasket, eccentric sensor gasket, drive belt kit and a cam solenoid gasket. Looking for adjustable end links then it's install time!

N55 TBI with inline Ethanol sensor and upgraded fuel lines. Now if the roads would thaw out and it was not currently 8 degrees Fahrenheit.....

I did not detail off the water spots from last night's light rain because there is a 50-100% chance of rain for the rest of the week.
So I'm going dirty for the next few days. It's actually kind of a relief.

OFHG. went pretty well. used a few unconventional tools like a closed end wrench on the front bolt and a regular socket on the back because the E-10 I have was 3/8 drive and the 1/4 drive regular socket got a better purchase. the bolts came off easily so no excessive force was required. if they were seized I probably would have had to remove the manifold but I got lucky. my leak was minor seepage at 109k but i figured I would fix it now. I removed the belt before doing anything to keep it clean since it is fairly new and in good shape.
