Went kayaking up in VA yesterday. Slipped on some sharp algae covered rocks when we pulled on to shore, feels like I tore a muscle in my left thigh.

I honestly don't really remember other than smashing my head on a log and then got all contorted as I went down. It was funny, until we got to the truck and had a hard time getting in.
