I have a decent collection going, single malts, bourbons, Irish whiskey and some really nice rum and tequila. Plus we keep about 100 bottles of wine, you need to be prepared for the Zombie apocalypse.

Zombies? That wouldn't survive 3 minutes with a 5 year old

Almost... We's got some similar tastes. I'm actually looking to make something for all the wine I got floating around...haven't figured out what to do yet. |

Actually the whole top shelf is my rums, some really good stuff there too. If you can get a bottle of the Kirk & Sweeny 23 it's off he hook, same for he 21 year old Barcardi The lower shelf is my Bourbon collection, the Jim Beam Distiller Select is outstanding, probably the best Bourbon I've ever had, by far better IMHO than any of the Pappy's.....Cheers.

I made the wine racks on the wall out of black iron pipes, each shelf can hold 18 bottles, it keeps them on their sides and is pretty slick, my own design. Good luck.... |

Diplomático Reserva Exclusiva is among my favorite! But Plantation XO 20 is my favorite. I have several others on hand as well. Are you posting in the "What are you Sipping on" thread? I'm always seeking out more fantastic rum suggestions. |
