Doesn't look too bad. You have an ignition flatline in #1 in 4th gear and one correction in #4 in 5th gear, but otherwise not too bad. I would richen the AFR some though, and run closer to 12.2:1 on the top-end to give some safety margin. You have good high and low fuel pressure, so you should be ok to do that.

Your timing curve is nice and conservative. Looks good to me (based on just those two gears in the log).

Holding up really good. I had both ACT and clutchmaster kits in at one point and they both failed me. The 335is kit is cheaper and hold great.

Thanks Ghost.. Steve from Fuel It in N54tech forums said i should increase FOL to 80 and change meth Additive to 60. I'll post another WOT log soon. Thanks again. Very constructive feedback.

Did u ever decide to make the manifold for other people. Im having trouble finding the n54 manifold for a single gt45 with a t4 flange

Your fuel trims are maxed in 3rd towards the top end.You definitely need more meth and/or fuel. I would say more meth with that tune or more fuel with a more conservative tune.

Probably because no one wants to run that old turbo anymore. A 6466 will do just about anything youd expect from a GT45 with better spool and if you need more the new 6870 will go well beyond with better spool. Better yet they are all packaged much smaller

Thanks 3000GT, I need to look into adding more fuel. Can I just turn up Meth or add in earlier like say 4 or 6 PSI?

Lets do it... There are some options based on your needs. Are you just looking for the manifold with a T4 flange? Are you using an external wastegate?
Will you require ceramic coating?

The more detail the better, we can manage expectation of the end product and price... The goal is to make this affordable. However, somethings are out of my control in terms of pricing.

We can change the flange to fit your exhaust housing requirement. T4, T3, single or divided. This is not a solution for a fully divided twin scroll however it will still work.
