As i mentioned after quali, they went for a glory run knowing they would struggle in the race even with new engines. Anything to get the Tifosi off their backs.

Something was wrong with MAX's car . It's not clear yet what was wrong with MAX's car .
But something was wrong with his car while he was leading the race with 11 sec. , that's why Checo was closing the gap to MAX at that moment ...

Just saw the overtake and it was unreal, not even Carlo knew that one was coming! and Max came up with something out of nothing that no one would think of and it worked ..what Monza curse?

Agreed. Max is on another level. This sets a new best 50 race record at 36/50 (previously held by Sch at 32/50) and those who cannot appreciate just hate out of pure envy because they either know they won't, or in some cases with a MUCH more dominant car never could because they were simply not good enough to keep their teammates at bay and race consistently at the level Max is now. No offense to Ham, but the guy knows that other than his teammate at MB there was no competition, yet he made his teammates look quite good in the fact that he was never able to gap them the way Max does his teammate. On top of that, losing to Ros is laughable to say the least as he was medicore at best and Bot was even worse yet was able to beat Ham decent amount of the time and would have more if he wasn't asked to 'invert' or 'not race'.
