Whoever is picking up stuff for the BBQ, please bring your receipts. I will collect all the receipts, add them up and then divide the total cost with the # of people attending. I think that should be enough to cover the food, grill, utensils, drinks etc... and shouldn't be more than $10/person.

And whoever can volunteer to pickup some stuff, please let me know and hold onto the receipts.

Leo is going to help pickup the burgers and hot dogs. But if you want steaks, I hope that you guys have already reserve your steak with Leo.

If I left anything out, please let me know. I'm also going to send a PM to everyone on the list that will be attending.

List of what we need:

2 grills - (Scott)
Burgers, hot dogs, hamburger & hot dog buns - (Leo)
Ice & drinks (soda & water)
Ketchup, mustard and chips
Garbage bags
Aluminum trays (to place the cooked food)
Plates, cups, napkins & utensils
Charcoal & charcoal fluid (if needed, depending on the type of charcoal)

I'm rolling in solo in my car....

I'd hate it someone who bring in an X5 with 6 people in it and running out of food..

Since we're splitting the receipts, then I guess some can just buy whatever we need and then put it together.

I can go Costco and buy some utensils/plates and just give you the receipt.

Steaks are paid out of pocket by each person. We're not going to add the steaks to the list. And btw, I need 2 steaks. One for my wife and one for myself.
