BTW USPS tracking number is useless...it doesn't tell you when you can expect delivery. I was HOPING you would ship these out overnight or express since it's been nearly 3 WEEKS since these have been supposedly shipped. That's the least you can do since there wasn't any offer of compensation for future purchases (which i question now).

I could have driven to FL, spent a few days vacationing and driven back to SF and it would have still taken less than 3 weeks! LOL

You PMd me and told me you would give me a refund with 30% restocking fee.

Now you won't respond to one PM, nor the email through paypal for the refund.

I didn't NEED the instructions, as I already informed you that I installed 3 sets of splitters for me and local e90 enthusiasts.

You want to replace them.
Fine.
Replace them with QCd CF splitters.
IF it's the materials fault, send me the CF ones.

This whole situation has just been pathetic.

Kujo, please understand that it is not about the money, trust me. Every company has rules they abide by, it's the only way to make things work. Being that you are making this into a huge huge turmoil even the refund won't make you happy. However, since you insist on making this ordeal public I've PM'd you the return address so that you may return your splitters. I will issue a refund.

You know I PM'd Bav to express my concern over his product, quality etc. Unfortunately he hasn't responded. Not even a "thanks I'll take into consideration". I've even shown him pictures of the splitters he sent me to let him know that the set i have is definitely not acceptable.

Sigh...i hope his products get better.

Hello Evo, I just wanted to let you know that we do appreciate everything you mentioned in the PM. Do not think we discard it. We have a business that very well expands the corners of this forum and a lot of customers. We get a LOT of PMs and answer them as quickly as we can.
