Ish happens. I think XBOX Live recently released some new Rainbow 6 Vegas maps before the proper time since the PS3 was supposed to be releasing them as well or some crap. The download disappeared when they found out until it was offered later. Oh, and on top of that, people paid money for those maps and later it was released for free. From what I heard Microsoft said people wouldn't get their money back and consider it a bonus to play the maps early for a week

BTW: I'm not one of the early orders, just saying.

This morning Shiv asked me to create the v2 page for ordering by 12 o'clock pm. Being unaware of the "official" release time of 12 o'clock I made the link active on our website. I did not post the link on e90post.com to favor some customers over others... I don't even know your names

We'll work it out and we'll all get through this together. We want everyone to be happy

Link will be back up in 10 mins
Wait a sec... you don't love us! How can you love us but not know our names?!!!

The Order IDs are assigned once the order is submitted, not once items are in a cart. The database automatically increments to the next ID to avoid any gaps or collisions. W/o getting into it, that's the basic version of Databases 101

he wants a custom tune for all his aftermarket parts, thats not support. Support is Joe blow (ie. most procede users) who hook it up and have a question or need help on the install. custom tuning is much more involved. Sounds like vishnu has its hands full w/ the current v2 developement and release and cant support his custom tuning needs....at least not right now.

I would like to see what a custom tune would do on Walked U's car though......

My S60R was custom tuned at powerchips for its FMIC,intake, downpipe and exhaust, reworked turbo housing, etc....made a big difference. I never had another R get close to it.

other companies sell software in "stages" for this reason... maybe the procede will have maps for other stuff someday.

I want to buy stock in Vishnu. Or maybe quit my day/night job and move to SF to work for these guys.

Anyone think that BMW AG might stand up and take notice of the Procede after making R&T and selling 1k of these things? Lord knows, if BMW had come out with a similar product in their performance division, they probably would sell 10k or more. At 1k profit per, that is getting close to some real $ (10 M), not to mention the tremendous publicity that such a product would bring to both the Perf Div and BMW itself. If one could get this OEM, then R&T, C&D, Motor, Automobile etc. would be testing 335s and comparing them to the (non-) competition -- what a blow out.

Most likely. I cant run a EMS thats not tuned to my specific mods.

Im not trying to cause drama. But at this point and time my car cant run on generic tunes anymore. I totally understand they are very busy with everything going on. But Ive been trying o contact them since the first week in August with no luck, by then I already had my custom FMIC installed and the car was in the shop getting more stuff put on.

As of now I have more things installed and I have to think of the life of my engine. Thats why Ive been trying to contact anyone from vishnu period about trying to tune the car to my mods. Its very hard to run generic tunes when you have more mods than the tune allows.

I have had nothing to say but good things about vishnu since I got my procede installed way back in january. Lol its been a long time. But at this point and time its just really hard to get any type of contact. But im sure v2 will be a blast for all the guys ordering it lol.

If you can make the drive up here, I'd love to map your modded car. Would be helpful to others who have the same set of mods. Just set up an appt with Calvin (you can request a callback through the website) and we can make it happen.

I think they call that division - Motorsport, and they already have a few products in it. They already get tons of publicity and profit from that Id like to believe.

bmw wont release software to add 100whp to the 335... it would be like saying "dont buy an m3 if you want power"

I would love that. Ive been trying to contact anyone from your staff through pm's or phone calls. But no luck.

I was just really running out of options. Lol.

Im willing to make the trip up there with the car since I head to santa barbera every thursday - sunday for work with my daily driver. I just didnt really know what to do since I really didnt want to push the car too hard because im not sure if the car runs too lean or too rich.

As far as i know tho im not shooting fireballs out. Well at least I dont think so...

Back on topic:

the first 50 "unofficial" sets were numbered between 250 and 300 circa.

Shiv said that 11 minutes after the official release they sold 200 sets. Mine was number 679, order processed 7 minutes after release. Therefore I suppose the official V2.0 orders started at 550 and the correct "waiting line number" of everybody is close o the torder number minus 500 more or less.
Anybody has an order number lower than 550 (excluding the first 50 lucky ba****ds!)?
