350 I think. I usually just pull up a food network recipe and follow their instructions exactly. If they say cook at X temp for Y-Z hours (where Y < Z), I'll go with the lower one (Y).

Yukon golds, heavy cream, garlic , gruyere cheese, butter, rosemary, and a few other spices. Basically make the rue (cheese sauce) then pour on raw scalloped potatoes and then oven it for an hour or so. Mix that with the juice from the steak and it was money.

Ive never really made a rib roast, if I picked a cut it would be a bone-in rib eye. Tenderloins are $$$. This one I bought in the pics was up 6.50 a pound over the last christmas we bought it from the same butcher.

ok, so I had to post this pic before I went to bed.
went out to a HEMI Meet here in Houston and we went to this BBQ place called Dickey's. 1/2lb chicken breast 1/2lb turkey 1/2lb pulled pork cup of pickles (not shown) about 2 or 3oz of BBQ Sauce 8oz cup of water and lemonade (50/50 mix - you can see it in the picture ) the old me would have used about 5oz of BBQ Sauce, I would have gotten macaroni and cheese and some mashed potatoes. I would have also drank 32oz of Root Beer...... |

Try cooking at a higher temperature, but for a shorter duration of time, if you don't leave it in too long, it will not be dry. Don't go by recipe guidelines alone, use common sense to determine when it's done. Preheat your oven to 400, or even 450, put the chicken in, and set the timer for 30 minutes, after the timer beeps check the chicken, if it's not done, put it back in for another 10 minutes then take it out and cut it open, and check it again, repeat the process until it's done. Depending on the cut of the chicken, the cooking times will vary...

Zero calories from fat? There's a good deal of animal fats in those meats above? Mainly the pork...

myfitnesspal.com I used this app when I lost 50lbs last year. I have maintained but need to start again. I have NEVER been able to lose any significant amount of weight until I started tracking my calorie intake.

I am NOT tracking my calorie intake - I am tracking my Calories from Fat intake - much different..... anyways, so I had two cheat days in a row after going 5 solid days on that clean diet...... the first day was Saturday when I had to shoot a wedding. for dinner, I had some chicken with no skin, some brisket, about 3oz of BBQ Sauce, macaroni and cheese and some potato salad......it was worth it since I had walked about 4 miles that day taking pictures all around this venue.... then today, I crushed a bowl of Seafood Gumbo (chicken, shrimp, fried oysters)... my best friend was there with me - even though he told me I "overdid it" a little bit, he understood that I have been making leaps and bounds from the way I used to eat. the old me would have gotten a bowl of Gumbo, some Dr Pepper, boudin balls, fries and some cheese sticks...... |

there are 3 different tiers in my situation, and i'll try to explain them below.
calories from fat I used to eat per day: 0-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------800-1200 calories from fat the diet calls for per day: 0--------100 calories from fat I eat even if I miss the diet target: 0------------------------250 so, EVEN IF I have one single cheat meal or an entire cheat day, I'm still cutting my CFF intake by 70-80% I'm really proud of myself and how I'm handling this diet - I'm real cognoscente now of the food I buy. for example: today I bought 1% milk and I changed my Silk Almond Vanilla Milk to Silk Almond Unsweetened Vanilla Milk - they both have 25 CFF per cup, but the unsweetened one has 0 sugar wife just told me that a normal diet consists of 400-500 CFF - I probably didn't put that many CFF for the 5 straight days I was on this diet.... so yeah, here's to another awesome 5 days of this meal plan |

and if no one believes that I used to eat 800-1200 CFF per day, I just went into the pantry and looked at a Hamburger Helper Box
110 CFF for 1/3 of a cup - ONE FUCKING THIRD OF A CUP !!!!!! now imagine me eating half a pound of ground beef with that shit - I probably ate 5 or 6 cups of that Hamburger Helper. oh, and the 720mg of Sodium came along with it..... i'll admit - I used to eat like shit......big time...... but I'm relieved I've taken well to this meal plan I'm on...... |

Kashi Go Lean was great, but it was suuuuuper expensive for the small 13.8 or 14oz box... I can get better food for less money - and yes, I grew up in the trailer park so I have a soft spot for Corn Flakes love that freaking cereal...... |
