i put in my holiday vacation time in.
i gave him a number where i want to be with salary.
last year i decline job offer due to paid family leave, my daughter was born
hopefully he can match number or do better. If the opportunity knocks on my door again.. ADIOS amigo.

Starting a new weight gaining diet..

I'm currently 5'8" 130lbs. Skin an bones basically and I don't eat much. Decided I'd go from my probably 1000 if not less calorie a day to 2700.

Turns out trying to stuff my body full of 800 calories worth of food per meal (which isnt even used to breakfast) in 20 minutes before work is not a good idea. Threw it all up. Time to start over for the day

I'm your height and this is what I was averaging daily (more on weekends) when I started my bulking after vacation. I dropped it about two weeks ago as I just got tired of eating so much. Now I'm back down in the 3500 range. I dropped some weight, but feel much better!

You have to build up to it. It;s taken me years, but I can diet for vacation and still not go below 3K calories. Just keep at it and maybe start off with a small surplus and let your body get accustomed to it before bumping it up more.
