At most you file a police claim. Even then it is a juggle. Your local police will send you to contact the other dude's local police and they in turn, will send you back.

Plus, since your shipping was to its intended destination, UPS/Fedex etc won't do anything either.

Basically, have him ship first regardless even if he cannot drive.

I don't see how an escrow service would work either in this case. Maybe have him pay you $3k+ deposit until you get your wheels?

yah i thought about it, but im still not too confident. coz what if he pays my 3k and receives my wheels. then i have to pay him back that 3k, right? what if he doesnt ship?!

if you don't feel comfortable purchasing wheels from this seller (that's essentially what you'll be doing), then tell him the only way you'll do the trade is if he ships first.

use paypal link to a credit card, if the seller refuse to ship, you can dispute thru the credit card....
