yup... shes got that itch. luckly SHE'S loaded or at least her family so her dad is handing over a house to us here in glenview for free when we get hitched (might need some updating though which is where the savings needs to come in) cuz he owns 4 right now in the area.... hey maybe that M3 will come soon enough after all.

I was just buying the DCI, he had the scoops and just dumped them in the box with the DCI to get rid of them. From what I have seen, the scoops don't really do much period, no matter what kind of intake you have.

yeah, i felt a bit more pull from like 50-100, but nothing too substantial. My intake got a little louder too at higher speeds so I do know more air is going through there though.

I only paid the shipping charges on my scoops anyway... he gave me them as a favor for helpin him out in some of the threads but I also sent him some pix and shit too so....

Yeah mine is a little louder. I figure the scoops are crap, but make me feel more of a warm fuzzy. If you look at the aFe DCI, it looks like the second filter may get a little starved. I figure with more air being thrown back there it won't be as starved. I realize I don't get the full "ram air" since it isn't closed, but they were in there so they got installed.

That is one of my "kids" I am NOT shooting her! I would never hear the end of it. Plus I would miss her. She was just laying back there and all of a sudden I hear her whining. I look back and she just looks at me and I can feel her tail hitting the couch. I know she is stuck, but leave her there for awhile anyway so she will learn.
