once a business is good, you can find it at somewhere else for cheaper the next week. sometimes for even better quality but for most it will suck. Until the price for that particular product or service is down to a point in which it makes nearly no profit, then those people will turn their interest to another.

that's why I now hardly recognize the streets when i go back, the stores on the streets change every time i go back
