Cloudy, 64, 92%. Must be HOT inland, sucking the fog in across the coast.

Finally getting some rain. We had about two hours worth of downpours last night, and about 1.5 hours in to some pretty heavy rain right now.
It's good we haven't had any significant rain in months plus sunny and near or above 100 temps for two straight months. We've only had the lawn guy out once in the last two months because things just aren't growing and/or brown. |

Do you have outside watering restrictions? We do here. We get to water 3 times a week before 9am and after 4pm. I suspect our lawns here are not long for this earth. PS - I should just dig it up and plant drought friendly plants and save the water. Don't think this drought is going to end anytime soon. |

We quit watering back in early July as it seemed pointless with the heat and irresponsible because of the conditions. We are looking at redoing our entire flower beds in front of the house with native/drought tolerant plants. Put we have an enormous amount of flower beds. Like 100 linear feet if not more, it's been a while since I measured. |

Once a week, between 9pm and 6am was just announced. Tues for even addresses, Wed for odd. Not that our little water company HAS to abide. Our well is pretty stationary at 120'

Anyways, the grass can stay brown and my car can stay clean. We're expecting a T-storm tonight, the snakey looking cloud is just over Detroit right now. |

After an afternoon of 87.8°F (feel like 105.8°F) we got a thunderstorm warning that came true.
Tiggie was rather on edge... |

It's like driving with a mask on, you don't really know the circumstances. If I am scooching from one spot to another where I need to park the car, and the drive is 5 minutes, i won't bother dropping then raising the roof. Same with my mask, if I am going from one crowded covid party to another 3 mins down the road i may not bother removing it. Cue people frothing at the mouth.

Hot. Fall temps cant come soon enough.
Give me low 60s for the high and low 40s for the low all day every day. It's that time of year..football is starting back up and it's Sept 1st tomorrow. Supposed to be 91 here in Cincinnati on Saturday. Booooooo
