i appreciate all the support guys....and you guys have made having this place pleasurable, but it's not even nealy enough right now...i'm trying to hold out until may till sam's club opens back up across the street and see if it helps, but i'm short, rent, and loan payment this month. not a good sign

i think i'm coming to terms w/ this place...only problem is, even if i put it up for sale, i don't think anybody's going to buy. hmm it's probably time to get rid of the e92.
anybody know bmwfs's policy as to the deadline i have to transferring the lease to someone?

I think you can transfer anytime. I don't think there's a deadline really.
