haha yes it is, i remember the first big table top i hit, i was so high up, i'm like this is gonna be a hard landing, but i landed it perfectly and it was like i never left the ground cuz the landing was so smooth

hey shane did you ever rock one of those fork locks for holeshots? the ones that go into your fork guard and lock into a collar on your fork tube? they came out just as i was getting out of racing, but i see most guys run them now

nah they came out after I had given up the track! I still rode hard in the wodds and hill climbs but the track was out the door at that point, after I broke my shoulder and had a plate and screws shoved in, I was so gun shy to the face of a jump, I was never able to quite get over it! So I hung it up! So they came out afterward, but they would def help keep the front end down for some I am sure, I dont know that I would have needed one, I left the gate full bore and after a few motos I never had the wheel lift. I have always had real good upper body strength.

I miss the feeling of knowing I am better than every guy on the track with me right now and also knowing my bike ran the best as I pulled them thru the first bend! I knew I was better than them because I would pull a pretty far lead and then just fade back after the pump set in, but I guess this was good enough for me! I loved it so much! I am depressed!

its been raining a lil off and on around pittsburgh. Thsi snow is finally starting to dissolve, still have about a foot or so, but it is better than 2.5 feet!
