mac, frank and anyone else with Mforce....I strongly suggest you guys get on line and be up front with everyone....tell the truth...come clean.....and set up a plan to get this solved. 10 months on not delivering on what was promised is unacceptable and a poor way of doing business....you have to stop stringing these guys along!
Stop the over promising and under delivering crap you guys been doing...JUST FIX IT!

Something had to happen....The Far East has been experiencing some typhoon and I bet it has delayed some of the shipments, but thats what I am thinking....Although only one member has received their skirts, look at it this way, at least we all know that they are coming and fit pretty awesome...the question of course is WHEN!

To those who already got FedEx tracking numbers from me:
According the first person who already receive it, there is a small place need to be adjusted, in order to fulfill our promise that the skirts will fit like OEM. It's a very easy work but we decided to pull them back and adjust it ourselves and let customers do no work on them.
All works been done now and waiting for FedEx to pick up again.
We @ M-Force_Design sincerely apologize the delay.

LMAO

I don't believe a single thing that comes from these guys anymore. It's one fantastical story after another.

Why would you not just come on here and immediately tell people about the "decision" you made? Why would you wait until after the fact? You were online Tuesday and posted in other threads, so why not come here and say what you just did? And what exactly is entailed in "pulling back" en route shipments from FedEx? I am going to call FedEx right now and ask them how to do that and how much it costs. Plus, the person that got it already didn't even get delivery from FedEx!

Seriously now. It's one BS story after another...I'd be embarrassed if I were anyone affiliated with MForce.

If my skirts aren't delivered next week, I want a full refund. Somebody else can deal with this crap.

Holy crap they look perfect! I know everyone's pissed about the delay in shipping, but the bulge isn't there anymore and, at least with space gray, they look amazing.

I was probably one of the first (if not THE first) asking for a refund about a MONTH AGO. I decided to stick it through... and I really have no idea why my set was first to be shipped.

IMO, for an aftermarket body part, these skirts fit VERY well. Nothing except OEM fits perfectly but these srsly come damn close. The location of the screw holes and tabs/clips is so tight or "perfect" with respect to OEM locations that there is no play for you to adjust these yourself. In the pics I posted, what you see is what you get.

My main gripe was a bit of bulge toward the front of the side skirt... but compared to the way the retrofitted OEM ones bulge in certain areas and how the ends at each wheel arch are either too long or too short... these fit much much better.

If these were OEM and they bulged in the same spot you probably wouldn't complain because "it is what it is" when you choose to attempt to retrofit a part from a different car... you could probably spend more than what you paid here for a modified set made to fit *almost* perfect. However, MFD wants these to fit absolutely perfect with no problems and no modifications. Frank himself called me to see how they fit... and I voiced my concerns.

I didn't know they were going to pull shipments back and make adjustments themselves, but trust me... the adjustment is so minor it shouldn't take long at all to do. You could probably endeavor to make the adjustment yourself at home if you want, but MFD promised 100% fitment delivered to you and are STILL trying their best to fulfill that.

Here's a quick pic:

Now, if you couldn't notice the bulge from the pics I took then it should give you an idea of how minor the imperfection is. Some could probably just live with it but I chose let MFD know... and they are working to correct it immediately.

For those who haven't gotten your skirts yet, I feel your pain... I'm just the lucky bastard they chose to ship out too I don't blame you if you choose to get a refund and go the OEM route because I was trying to do it weeks ago. BUT, before you make that decision go ahead and take a look at the pics I posted and compare them to the retrofitted OEM pics. If you want them on car asap and you don't think MFD's fitment doesn't look as good if not better than the OEM ones, then go for it.

Shit that bulge in the front is a easy fix because I had to do the fix for the second version...Problem with the second version was the rear of the skirts that actually bulged out because the clips didn't align, but if its just the front...holy cow I am excited....They look damn good from what I see in your pictures....

THANK YOU.

The issue is very minor and easily remedied (via DIY if you wish).

The clips in the rear you speak of installed perfectly, lined up perfectly and popped in perfectly so I actually really didn't quite understand what the problem was initially.

Everything else on the side skirts are as close to perfect as you can get.

Hey fellas, I got the chance to install the driver's side skirt last weekend... Install was a breeze just like passenger side but it still has a little bulge towards the front.

Pat wanted to check out fitment on my car himself so we met up yesterday. Although I think the issue is a very minor one he offered to rectify the situation himself and have the problem corrected until I was satisfied with the solution... and if I'm not completely satisfied with fitment, none of you guys will be. He's a good guy, and unlike some *other* vendors here took the time to check it out for himself so that his product is the best. For that reason, I'm gonna stick it out and make these work instead of going with OEM.

IMO, I think these will be less of a headache than the retrofitted OEM ones but it is completely understandable to anyone that wants their side skirts sooner than later... they'll look HOT on your ride either way. However, the same fitment issues that I've seen on all OEM sets (save TT3 in NYC's practically perfect custom modified set) are not present on these.

I think these are still worth waiting for... take it or leave it.

We get more info from customers than we do the vendor. Unreal.

So, are you saying that they are re-fabbing and we're going for batch #4 now? Or are they manually doing something to every single set that has already shipped?

Well... I can't really make excuses for them not coming here and updating you folks. That's on them. I guess because I've got mine installed and I'm actually the one giving me feedback on how good/bad they are they've pretty consistently been in touch with me.

That said, I can't say whether they are going to go as far as refabbing the entire thing... but I can that on the set I have, all that is needed is trimming of the front tab to allow it to sit more flush with the front fender. I would have had the bodyshop do this for me (because I am not confident enough to do it myself at home). So, my guess is they are going to do it in house themselves.
