I think we have everything set.

Can 1 or 2 more members volunteer to pick up some more drinks and maybe more ice besides Anthony and Matt?

And we might need some disposable table cloth from the $1 to sit on and eat. I remember 2 years ago we had to sit on the garbage bags. LOL!

Can't wait!!! Looks like it's going to be a lot of fun!!!

the other lots will def accomodate all our cars but i think itll be better to be at the original spot since its an open area. We would definately get crowded since the grills are near parking although in the woods hehe

Aluminum trays (to place the cooked food)
Plates, cups, napkins & utensils
Charcoal & charcoal fluid (if needed, depending on the type of charcoal)

Also need a volunteer to go to the $1 store to pick up some picnic table cloths, so we can put them on the ground to sit on.

And please don't forget to bring the foldable chairs and anyone who has the portable tents, please bring one.

i would bring my EZ UP but it wont fit in the car
