Thanks everyone for the replies!
Plokij - I appreciate the input and your experiences. I wont be tracking the car at all but do enjoy spirited driving and like to take the back roads to Palm Desert at mach5. High levels of adjustability is not really a concern and I'm not looking for a slammed look either - just want a solid upgrade to the stock suspension and so was looking to go with the Koni/Eibach setup instead of coil-overs. I have experience with aftermarket suspensions on other cars as I used to have an e36 with Bilsteins (which put this 335 to shame on the twisties) and also have a couple modified 300TT's. I have not been too happy with the 335 handling from the get-go....but then I took my car in for service and they gave me a 2011 335 loaner and I couldnt believe how much better the car handled and what kind of progress they had made in just 3 years on the steering and suspension. That loaner makes my car seem like a floating mess on the road. I would love to take you up on that ride-along if the opportunity presents itself! e90fun - Thanks for the offer but I was hoping to hang onto my stock suspension so that I could swap it back when its time to sell. sorry. |

I was actually curious about replacing the silver window trim with black trim, how difficult is this and does anyone have part numbers?
It would be all the way around on both sides. |

They also have shadowline (gloss) if you prefer. Did the matte on my previous car (e90). Easy job except for pulling door liner to get mirrors off. The matte is reasonable cost and worth doing over vinyl.

Hello group, just dropping a line. I've been away from e90post for a few months now. I'm moving down to the SD area and would like to finally get my alarm coded. I tried to do it myself but it just wasn't taking the changes. I thought it would easy enough to do since I am pretty tech savvy, but I didnt want to mess anything else up.
Anyone have any recommendations for coding 2007 e90? Thanks

Thanks guys. I just sent a message. So far way better BMW group than my current town. I hope to meet up and get bitten by the mod bug again.
