Jerry you work for the cable company can you please help me. These faggots won't help me. They keep telling me it's my router.

I have 1.5mb download speeds that I pay for but when I download anything it goes to like 30kb/sec. It's horrible, can it be my modem that they provide?

My modem is not at a main feed, router doesn't make a difference because I configured it. I connect directly to the router and the same results.

Yeah I did. It's fucking weird, I get download speeds of 1.2-1.3mb a sec but don't experience it when I download any data.
