they looked up all the records on the server, got my password and logged into here before I had a chance to change it that day..found out I was trying to give Marc an Mtech rear bumper for my cost, and trying to get NYC3R an E92 Shiftknob for his E90 at cost....they got pissed at that because when my orders came in through parts they just confiscated them.

It was a `my bad` on behalf of my friend in parts because he didnt know they were that strict about it..so they just put it under my name instead of some shop name or something..

ahh i see. now you know what i mean when i dont want to tell anyone where i work. i dont have a problem in person. as long as they cant hold me to it

my field engineer thought it was pretty cool cuse I was promoting the dealer back in the day cuse I thought they were cool, and I could learn all sorts of info and problems coming up throughout the US...first person events like fuel pump issues my field engineer didnt even know about...when I showed him all the people who were having problems and the symptoms, it was good for him because he now knew what to look for if he was have a troublesome car at some dealership.

thats why I dont post up any mods or anything of my car. But then again my dealership is pretty liberal about mods....abused clutches and stuff still get replaced, because we like to have a high CSI (which they are currently #1)...

weve had n00bs or women kill clutches in 17k miles, and higher mileage ones take a beating because of hp adders..which I still dont think make that much of a problem...so they just do it all.

yep....my dealership back then didnt care what the motive was..as long as it got replaced and customers were happy, BMWNA loved it...our warranty index was a little high, but we got paid, CSI was up at like 97.1% for the shop overall, and BMW handsomely paid the managers....but not us.

Group One Automotive owns Hassel..they can be a bit of a Nazi sometimes though
