Sales Manager or GM. FYI...I believe they are required by law to explain evey item that goes into your lease and how the payment is calculated; I also think they make you sign a doc stating that you understand your contract and payment.

So, they need to do their part...and you should make sure you understand what they are saying to the dime. Go over to bimmerfest...they have some excel based spreadsheets that will perform a lease calc, go through the math to learn...the more you understand the easier it will be for you to beat them down if they start to d!ck around.
