yep...repeat of yesterday.

So how many hours you average at bmw? hows the payscale?

i average 60 to 70 hours per week,but im always there late etc... sunday is my only day to relax, but yet i still end up doing something car related. pay is ok,could be better. you knwo how it is working flate rate,gotta hustle.

is it easy to make those hours? How long have you been working there?

My shop was biased because they used to hand out the work via the shop manager...he only gave the good work to the guys on his goody list...it sucked for me when I was new because I had to kiss ass to get anywhere.

Things have changed, its all automated and computer now, but the Service Advisors still have some pull in who gets what job.

And my dealership wouldnt send me to school either...I only went to the basic class, and they wouldnt even send me after that, even though I took my online courses.

well its hard at times. ive been with bmw for 10 years. and yes there is favortism everywhere,but i kiss no ones ass. they need me more than i need them,so if im not making what i have to then, bye bye. all my schooling has been up to date for a while so im good on that

im back..i was just watching some neighbors get into a fight downstairs..some girl got caught cheatin on her man and they were screaming fuck at each other so loud I could hear them from a few stories up...

why is it so much harder to meet up here than there? I dont get it..it seems like every sunday morning its always 60 degrees and they all get together early to have coffee and etc
