egg whites are a pain in the ass.... I'd rather just take a hard boiled egg and eat the whites or even the whole thing cold. Pancakes have less mess since you don't have to really scrub the pan.

Do you do the egg whites cuz of cholesterol or fat content? You lose half the protein by separating out the whites but you also lose the 5g of fat and 200mg of cholesterol. I have to eat twice as many egg whites to get the same amount of protein. I don't do protein shakes either... GROSS! A bowl of oatmeal has more protein than one egg white and fills you up.. which is why I like it early in the morning before I hit the gym.

I actually buy the egg white carton so i dont seperate anything. Then just add one more whole egg. Sometimes I do 4 egg whites and 2 whole eggs. Its not for the fat content or the cholesterol. I just like the taste of egg whites better. But i also eat my oatmeal with my eggs then at like 10 i have my protein shake and sweet potatoe
