i havent in 4 years. tho im looking to get a bike soon....my brother in law has a harley and so does my sis. i ride them occassionally but thats about the extent. i used to have a ride crew but we disbanded lol...

there is no recipe Jamie... its fish! go to the market, get the sole, put it in a pan, sprinkle bread crumbs and lemon juice on top... i guess if you wanna go crazy you can mix some white cooking wine with the lemon and some mixed herbs...

jamie if you want a great diet you can go to www.elitefitness.com and check it out there. they have workout programs and tons of forums of people willing to give advice. lots of female and male fitness buffs are on it. just stay out of the juice section and you will be fine.

The duc 848 costs about as much as a litre bike does. a 1098 goes for 15K but the 848 for about 11K
