Picked up a complete set of xenon headlights for a steal at a salvage yard. Buffed them out and made them look expensive again. Hoping the conversion goes smoothly

Getting a new Junction box put in after the original one had melted due to the battery cable recall not done.

Long overdue.

18" ZE40's

Fronts: 9.5" et 20, with PSS, 235/40, No fender work, slight stock camber

Rears: 10.5" et 20, with PSS, 265/35, rear fenders shaved, and max stock camber

No spacers, suspension is KW v.3's...

Tires still slightly rub in the rear on bumps on the freeway, and taking a turn over 40 mph, but hope to fix that soon with a slight fender pull from Fenderdefender

Lost a bulb tonight. Passenger side going in tomorrow

Why is bulb replacement such a pain on these cars. The fiancé's mini cooper is literally a 15 second job.

Just used this kit. Headlights are far from perfect but they're a hell of a lot better than before.

I had nice results with the 3M kit, it takes a little patience but it will payoff.

I suggest getting the 3M kit from autozone. It's a good follow up kit for the advanced kit. It has 1000, 3000, and 5000 wetsand disks so it will get your headlights to damn near perfect. Plus is also comes with a wax that will protect the headlights for a little longer.
