. But i will give you my 2 cents anyway. If you like it there then just sort of hint you want more work. Not a crazy amount more but enough for them to see you want to stay. Look Im sure you were most likely thinking the same thing I just said. your a smart cookie (not a crumb

Ed says not being wanted in a place. Unless thats true and your not wanted there then maybe you should look for another job. However if this only about performance but you get along with your manager then do what you have to do and in the mean time look for something else while working there. Im sure you will find something. You people are always in demand.
