This could also be causing the drops in lpfp fuel pressure as the other injectors are run harder to try bring AFR inline on Bank 1. Ign, IAT, boost, WGDC and AFR look on track... |

I appear to be having similar STFT issues (fuel being pulled) as well; more so in Bank 1 than Bank 2. All other fuel values are in check though:
- HPFP and Stage 2 LPFP have ~2k miles on them - (6) Brand new index 12 injectors installed ~1k miles ago - Fuel/Lambda adaptations reset 3 days ago Running E20/93 on this 93 map to clean up timing; this run is with full traction control ON *oops* http://datazap.me/u/fcobra94/log-147...&data=23-24-25 |

You mean an injector that potentially isn't flowing properly opposed to a leaky injector, right? |

My hope is when I replace my vacuum lines next week that will fix my issue regarding the boost leak. I'm doing inlets and outlets and figured that is the easiest time for the hoses. Thanks for you help. edit: I know I can change 1 injector at a time and I have 5 spare. I just wonder if I should just do all 6 and be done with it. AFAIK they are all original.

v7.1 93 Stage 1+ log: http://datazap.me/u/rhamm/log-147205...og=0&data=4-24
335xi, FMIC only - I just did injectors recently. Plugs and coils about ~5k ago I'm running 92 octane blended with E85, 94 octane on the dot - still getting some timing corrections it seems. |

With the automatic and the IJEOS DME, you will have to get a custom tune and/or desensitize the knock sensors(do NOT recommend) to eliminate the post shift timing issue.

I'm a newb at best reading logs but I'll tell you from what I know its not an 'ideal' log. You started logging too high in the rpms and you took quite some time to go WOT and you didnt stay WOT

Can I get some feedback on this log? I'm FBO + inlets + fuel-it stage 1 LPFP running 40% e85. Thanks. |

Dumb question; when the LPFP starts to take a dive here, why do the STFTs continue to stay negative? Shouldn't they go positive (add more fuel) at that point? I guess as long as they're still meeting their targets, it shouldn't make a difference. |

I originally posted this in the MHD - General Discussion thread but this may have been the better place for it...
Well here is another e40 v7.1 log for a FBO MT 335i: http://www.datazap.me/u/ccourteau82/...og=0&data=4-22 I waited 3 days to take the log, not sure if that was enough time to let the car fully adjust but the car looks very happy to me based on my limited knowledge of analyzing logs. First impressions are that the e40 v7.1 map has much better driveability or is more linear in nature (yes I always select the linear throttle option) but does give up quite a bit of mid range torque and power to a lesser extend. That being said, I personally find it much more enjoyable for daily driving but if I were to drag race anyone, rolling or dig, I would most certainly be switching back to the v5.1. Would be nice to get this level of driveability/linear response with the all power and mid-range torque of the v5.1 map; not sure if that is even possible but I have to ask. I hate the idea of leaving power on the table For those interested, here is a picture of virtual dyno with with the 4 previous v5.1 logs overlayed on top of the above linked v7.1 map. Edit: those old boost curves do look pretty damn aggressive though at ~20 psi. Not sure I'd want to run that anyways personally. |
