What sort of nutrition plan do you recommend for cutting? Just drop the carbs substantially and the fats a tad? [combined with increased cardio of course]

Also, how do you prevent looking flat when cutting?

I don't do much, cutting out beer and soda pretty much cleans me up. Just focus on getting your protein in and your workouts in. I haven't really messed with not looking flat don't worry about it that much, never competed.

Thank ya one more question: I'm a bit skinny fat haha. I have some gains but a solid layer of fat covering it. But, I've only been lifting for a year, so I haven't put on a lot of muscle, and I'm afraid that if I cut, I'll look really small. Cut or keep bulking?

Depends on you. I eat most of the winter then try and clean things up a bit for summer. As I've gotten older I'm not a fan of how my mid section looks so have to either clean up diet or do more cardio or both. Neither of which I'm very good at. I do best just upping the workout regime and trying to maintain diet.
