I would pull the wheels off, use Sonax wheel cleaner, scrub them, dry them then wax. Then clean off the rust that on your wheel hubs/brakes. Maybe even repaint the hubs to look new again.

If lowered you'll need a roll or shave in the back
My car is shaved and lowered and with a 265 Hankook ventus evo2 it didn't rub at all but with the 265 Michelin pss it does once in a while during bigger dips, etc.... since they run wider.

I got a m3 style bumper from ebay and doesnt fit, returning it. Wonder how the fit was for you. I also see an m3 option at modba.

It was a rep so it wasnt 100% fit. I know the shop spent more time to get it right but it was under insurance so i didnt see the bill
