yea, it has a pretty big lot. The only cars that are their are for Costco and Hometown buffet. Other then that, all the stores around it are either out of business, or look like their out of business.

Theirs a lot of places to eat around there as well for the ballers that aren't on a budget. Lets do it! finally a meet close to home

as for the Dim Sum, i love Dim Sum, but i've never tried it in Rowland, so i'd love to try some of that haha
