Already had a pay cut. Got a promotion and jumped 3 levels, and got a (IMO) mediocre raise. But, it's better than get a promotion, and no raise at all.

Yeah, we went through a long pay cut, too. No promotion for me nor coworkers since we started almost 4 years ago. New hires at our level make more than we do.
