i average 22 or so with the bmw...yes I dont beat on it

its funny cuse the bmw actually gets better gas mileage than the beater....but it needs premium to drink, so that negates the advantages.

But I can run the beater on crap 89 (which it seems to run better on than 93 for some reason, high compression and all) and only pay $30 to fill it. Whereas fillin the BMW in NJ here cost me around $50....at Februarys prices...

I havent put NY gas in the BMW yet since November...I just time it right to get to NJ and fill up here....the BMW sips gas good enough to make up for the trip to and from home to make it worth it.

Now if I can get a job here in NJ, then I could cut out tolls and really make it worthwhile.....gas yesterday at the cheapo gas stations in Long Island was 3.95 for premium

I get gas from the BP right down the block from my girls place...he gets tankers from BP as well as Mystic (the general gas haulers)....I think its about $3.30 for 93 now there.

Long Island is crazy.

The Lukoil place on exit 5 of the palisades was 3.95 for premium 3 WEEKS AGO!

I want to drive by and take a pic just to see what its at now.

this is why you invest in runflat tires, regardless of how they feel....,NYC its almost mandatory.
