Well it turned out when we first started dating she gave me the same story she gave the new guy. She told him at first that we were having problems and they used to talk about it.. that was news to me because she was planning our wedding the whole time. Then she tells him the wedding was off.. again, news to me since I put the deposit down on the place. Finally she tells him we broke up... but I never got the memo. I went on a business trip to CA and she went to a company function with him, holding hands, making out in front of everyone at work including my friends and her boss!

When I first got together with her.. her boyfriend broke up with her and she started hanging out with me. I had no reason to doubt her.. but now the situations match and she was probably never broken up with the dude before she met me. Oh well, at least I know how their story will end

Even better, would be for them to get married!!!!

Wow.. I work 10-5 M-F in NYC and gained 30 lbs in 3 years. It took me 6 months to lose it. Now I'm back to my pre-job weight and still have 20lbs to go! Going to the gym every morning and running 3.5 miles every other day! I'm doing minimal dieting since I don't want to explode once I reach my goal weight and start eating normally again.

The problem with weight loss is that it takes forever if you do it properly!

How do you do 300lbs on the dip machine? Is it an assisted dip or do you have weights attached to your legs or something? The dip machine at my gym you subtract the weight from your current weight to get the true weight you are lifting.
