yeah thats stealerships for you..i got that same thing from desimone of mt laurel NJ last time even though i brought it in because i told them my rotors HAD to warped as they were shaking violently..they said no your rotors are fine..i was like have your tech get out and drive my car you will understand, he told me i needed to schedule another appt for tht. i refused and went on my way and now the entire braking system seems to have failed..so whether i want to pursue legal justice is on my mind right now..

thats just ridiculous, i never dealt with anything like that, either ford is better for service, or the dealer i had was great

yeah bro..and on top of that, last time they gave me a hyundai sonata as a loaner car (i bought it from this dealership btw) and they "PROMISED" that the next service i would have a bmw loaner..and what do they give me? a ford fusion..after i wait for an hour, the girl at the service desk told me they were "just washing the car for me" more like going out to budget and renting me a rental car..been a hell of amorning

just didnt expect it when i buy a 50k car from a dealership and they can't take care of me..(btw i saw 3 x3's in the lot for loan, and they said "its booked for other customers" so.. that what got me ticked. i am definitely going to not recommend them anymore..
