Sadly, there are no good mom & pop pizza places near me. The local Dominoes sucks, and the best place around here is Round Table. Got some pizza this week - it was a large Barbecued Chicken. Was delicious, but expensive.

The dreaded work week is finally over and on my way home I hit my local hole-in-the-wall pizza spot (…franchise). It is time to gorge tonight, Netflix & chill solo, and then wake up tomorrow and deadlift, power clean and just work on my sexiness in general.

I always grill my steaks at home in FL but am here alone in our Asheville condo and decided to give pan searing a try (along with some baked mashed potatoes). Need more practice. I was stubborn and tried to cook entirely on stovetop but it’s too thick. Need to sear and then put in oven.

Potatoes better than they look but filet too undercooked in center. Oh and that fucking smoke. Winston and Ginger saw what was going on and were waiting patiently on alternate sides of the table to “help” clean up.

Definitely a use towel. Huge mess to clean up in that kitchen a little later. After a cocktail or two. Smoke is mostly gone now.
