Not close to Burlingame, but Rocky Mountain Window Tint in Livermore did mine. Good work.

Read some coilover discussion earlier in the thread. Don't buy cheap ass coilovers. You'll just buy good coilovers a year or two down the road. Get a good solid setup, and KW V2s are not a good solid setup despite vendors here pimping them. There are so many problems with them and KW won't step up to fix the issues either. Weak. Go Bilstein or some sort of Koni based setup (Ground Control / HPA / TCK).

A bunch of people i know have gone to best image in san mateo and they supposedly do great work and use 3M. I haven't personally gone to them but their yelp reviews are also pretty good. I'm thinking of taking my car there when i'm ready to tint again.

The part where the glass slides in? The shop I went to took part of that out to put in mole skin to protect my tint.

now there's nano ceramic tint or something like that. supposed to keep out the heat better...not sure what other benefits there are but that's the newest stuff out there if i remember correctly. As others said the metallic tint will cause receiption issues. A few years ago quality ceramic tint cost around $300-$400 so I'm guessing for normal ceramic the price should have dropped b/c of the nano ceramic tint.

Got my Tint Recently done in a shop in Pleasanton called LowPriceAutoGlass. Price was $195 and they did a decent job. They use Sungaurd Tint Film which has no interference with any of the BMW electronics. Tint was a little uneven around the dot matrix on my rear windshield but I'm taking it back this week to have them vinyl it.

was very happy with the shop i went to in san bruno/SSF they also had a Freemont BMW X3 in there. they send him cars all the way from Ebay. Had both weather strip on the door panel taken off to show me what they do. Very clean shop. Only two guys work there. Dad and son. Been doing it for 20 years. They use 3M. i think i am gonna go 35.
