so i have this bday bash coming up in two weeks.... how much weight/inches could i lose in that time?? i have this hot dress i wanna wear.... should i just do an hour of cardio a day?

lana in order to lose the weight you want you should try this.

1) walk 1 hour 4 times a week on the tread mill at 4 mph
2) subract 500 calories a day from your entire diet.

3500 calories equals 1 lb
500 calories a day = 3500 calories a week
tread mill 4 times a week for 1 hour @ 4 mph = 600 calories and 2400 calories a week. you can add a fifth day if you want. so within 2 weeks you should lose about 4 lbs.
