learned what Xpel means by "self-healing" this weekend...something must have hit my bumper while i was driving and my clear bra had a pea-sized damage that looked like the clear bra wrinkled up...next day the wrinkle cleared and the clear bra was smooth again...question though to anyone else where this has happened - did it leave a tiny white spot afterwards? almost looks like the glue underneath dried up

I will get a pic when I can

Yes. I have the same thing on mine. Right between the kidneys, annoyingly enough.

Probably a full new Xpel application at that point. I'm waiting for a reason for the front bumper to be redone, then I'll be taking it up to Unique Car Care. Until then, I'm leaving it.

I installed my CF skirts extensions and rear cannard like things on Saturday. This pic is before I washed it, it's covered in pollen even though I garage it.

Pics after a quick wash and wax. Joining the Shiny AF club was never so easy.

I have some more goodies on the way as well...

Billerica's water ban changes each year. This year we're only allowed to water on Wed and Sat. Ask my neighbors if they give a shit though (they don't)

I did buy some "no rinse" car wash I'm itching to try, will let you guys know if it isn't total crap.

Half a roll of double sided body tape on each, I couldn't fit any more, and 15 1/4 inch stainless steel screws on each side

one every 6 inches or so. It should hopefully not be going anywhere. I yanked on it and it's not budging. As they come out slightly farther than the side skirts I wanted it attached well incase anyone catches there heel on the lip when getting out of the car.

Glad you like em! With the front cf lip I think it fills it out nice. I want an mtech rear with cf insert to finish it up but with paint it's like a grand or more all said and done. Which is alot of money for a damn rear bumper.

Will, normally I would say you could borrow the wagon but I'm in Minnesota all week and the wagon is chilling at Logan. I stopped driving the e92 to the airport after a blowout at 5am on the way to catch a plane. I missed the plane...I hope you don't need new turbos. Would you go stock or upgraded? If upgraded who are you thinking of?

The next mod I install should Trump the side skirts and rear canards by far.

Speaking of Trump my wife ripped up my Trump for president signs that were on the front lawn.

You guys are always welcome to wash your cars at my place in acton. There is no water ban curently and I generally ignore them. I have a garden. I'm not going to let my plants die.

Sorry for the long winded response at a bar in my hotel with only the bartender to talk to.
