nice your doing a high rep workout...i usually do these every 4 weeks. then i go back to my reg schedule. i also switch my workout days, like say monday i do chest, well ill switch it to tues or wed whatever

ok i can do 100-110 lbs dumbell doing military press for 12-15 reps. now im going to do 70 lbs for 25 reps. im big enough i think and like i said i want drop 15lb so now im doing a cutting routine. for you the most you should be doing is 12 reps no matter if you want to bulk or cut. woman have a different body fat disposition. your bodies are softer than ours. so you build up muscle to compensate for body fat.

true. i usually do 3-4 set per excerise, depending on the muscle. legs is the most i usually do 4 per excecise which is 6 so 240 reps.

+1 women burn fat totally different than men. never go by what a man says to do....not that you dont already know that!

check out bodybuilding.com for info...theres alot of good programs and info on supplements.

that one shot of juice will only begin to take effect in 2-3 weeks depending on what the half shelf life is. if your taking sustenon, cyp, or enanthate it breaks down like this ....4 weeks, 3 weeks and 3 weeks. however if your taking primostestin then if you shoot it today it wears off tomorow.

yea your right...i wasnt saying not to listen to YOU. i was saying not to listen to like guys at her gym if they say yo baby do this....i make my gf do multiple things...first i let her do like 20 min on treadmill then switch to arms, chest and back. i should get her on legs too, but she was a dancer so shes got good legs.
