so lets take a poll here.... the head of the dept is here today... i am thinking of asking to be transferred to NYC....who thinks i will get fired on the spot if i ask?

try showing that it is an uncomfortable work enviornment and in order for you to work at your highest calibre you feel that by being transfered into NYC would in the best interest for both parties.

well he was CCd on that ridiculous evaluation they gave me... funny thing is when i spoke to everyone individually they all seemed cool... maybe because i confronted them? i hate people who feel the need to lie then ran behind my back and talk about me...

kiddo dont worry about being fired. if you go in with an meek attitude your gonna be canned on the spot. however if you go in with a positive attitude and explain its sort of an uncomfortable work place i think you might have a good chance of getting transfered. imo.
