Anyone know who does "general work" in the Bay Area? For example, I want to change my standard rear view mirror to one which has a garage door opener/compass. According to http://www.bmwpartspros.com/ the part (61-12-0-434-330) should fit.
While I've read thread(s) on DIY, I neither have the time nor skills to do it. Besides the dealer, I don't know anyone who can do it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks and Regards. |

Anyone have a good recommendation for a bodyshop near San Francisco / Oakland? I need a scratch reapir on my rear passenger door, small scratch but you can see the sheet metal underneath.
Is Weatherford collision repair at all decent? |

Got into an accident today morning! Uggghhh - anyhow looking for a good body shop in the san jose/bay area to get the bumper fixed and repainted possibly without any color difference.
As always need someone that is not too hard on the wallet and also does a great job. Any reco's are appreciated. I don't mind traveling a radius of 30 to 40 miles also if I need to for the right body shop. |

I normally check for tires I want on tirerack.com first, so I know what the going rate is for the tires I want and read the reviews people post. Joe and Agundis will give you their advice and input on the specific tires also. http://www.agundistire.com/index.htm

I would recommend Precision Auto Body in South San Francisco, CA. Long time established family business in the neighborhood. Brought my father-in-law's Scion over here to get the front bumper fixed. Tommy, the owner, offered to tow the car at no extra charge to the shop and helped us deal with the insurance company. Very easy to deal with and the shop is very clean. I would suggest either giving them a call or going to the shop to check out the quality of their work in person. Ask for Tommy and tell him Sprint Mike sent you so he can get you a little better competitive pricing. http://www.precisionautobodyssf.com/
