Great race from MAX too . Knowning Singapore is NOT (was never) a Red Bull track .
Fair play to Max, he drove a consistent race and was realistic about the pace between him and Lando

I'm sorry but it's just plain bloody poor for Danny R to not be able to say goodbye properly considering how long he been in the sport. He is an emotional guy and deserved to properly speak to the media about it being his last race.

I'm sure its an issue with contracts be that Liams option will lapse if they don't grab it, but either way it could and should have been solved. Red Bull have been poor as to how they have looked after their drivers on numerous occasions this is just another for me. Poorly handled.

Honestly what is Vcarb for it someone like Yuki doesn't get the nod before anyone else. If it's about Merit, Yuki has earned it. Let Liam compete with Daniel for a seat, Perez can go elsewhere.

Ham out here racing the grid and his team. Can't wait until 2025 for him to pay back Mercedes double.

I see a Second dynasty period for Ham like what happened for Brady. LET'S GO!

Should be interesting and exciting to see next year. It’s clear Ferrari has the better car, though not the most consistent vs. Mercedes but some, not all, can contributed to a driver.

Sure this is only short term but Ferrari has tremendous upside with both LEC and HAM, and like all sports, you go all-in when there’s an opportunity to do so.

I think Merc is a crapshoot, and they have only won 1.5 races on pace alone. (Both by Ham, one of those because of the DSQ)

Ham's decision to leave is looking better every race, and with how they are treating Lewis, I don't think Russell plans on being there too long. Why would anyone want to come to them? I think they are gambling and are going to lose badly in this trade.

I was pretty disappointed in RB and Max for not helping Checo tow to get around some people as Max was getting blue flags... He gained a bunch of time, but no places. They could have been a bit more strategic with when Max passed to give Checo an advantage. Not like Max was going to catch Lando anyway.

Terribly boring race. I switched from the full broadcast to the race in 30 after about 10 laps. Much better use of my time.

The media is creating this whole bullshit with Danny Ric. I feel terrible for him, and it's all because of the media. Just let the guy drive his race. Let his team fire him if that's what they're going to do, but all of this talk and suggestion bringing the man to tears... come on.

EW&F was one of the greatest acts. It’s a pity I’ve never got to see them. I saw Ray Charles, B.B. King, Chuck Berry, and Maceo Parker though.

can someone explain why max getting a point advantage on Lando in WDC is the only angle people are focused on with Danny getting fastest lap? If it was my last race in F1, I'd want a fastest lap just to make the race a little special. Finishing your last race at the back of the grid is such a sad way to end your career, at least getting the fastest lap makes it a little sweeter and more special.

This is exactly all it likely was. A last hoorah for Ric. Has nothing to do with RBR and RB teams. I’ve seen teams do this when Max had fastest lap just to take it away. Mclaren deserves nothing and I hope teams do make it hard for them to catch Max. Kind of like in baseball when a team not making the playoffs plays a number 1 seed hard just to make things difficult for them. Id certainly like to see more hard edged racing vs this pansy Sunday drive stuff whee guys like Nor are afraid to race on the edge.

After a crushing display of dominance over Verstappen, Norris is screwed by his former teammate on the last lap. Daniel could have declined the offer to do the meaningless lap which would only serve to favor his other former teammate but the lure of a big Christmas gift for the deed swayed his decision. Rather than doing what most would do, Lando goes and finds Daniel to tell him how he's sad that his F1 career has ended...giving Ricciardo a big hug. It was described as a touching Netflix moment.

I mean if the championship ends with VER winning by a couple of points, McLaren have no one else to blame but themselves. That’s just fact. NOR should have been prioritized strictly off of points to VER vs. rest of the grid.

wait. so everyone else in F1 and media knows DR career has ended apart from DR and his Vcarb boss?

how bizarre. well as long as CH hasn't said it, it's hard for anyone to believe anything. i have no idea what's going on.

That more highlights the position they are as a 2nd team effectively controlled by Red Bull, something other teams and the sport don't really allow.

They are nothing more than puppets on a string, I wouldn't be surprised if they were sold off to help continue funding of Red Bull in the future.

I mean like brushing the wall (Twice)!
IMHO. Lando is just too reckless and has no sense of responsibility (!)
Lando is like , let's enjoy the moment and we'll see what's next . AKA Joy-Rider..
His Papaya car is more than fast enough but he doesn't have the right attitude/mindset to become a world champion and that's why he will lose it ..

Of course the WCC is for McLaren (already) because they have 2 drivers who can finish at the podium.
I see it a bit different

Lando brushing the walls twice when he had a 20+ second lead shows how much Lando wanted to drive a nail in the coffin of his win. He pushed and made two inconsequential errors. I think he was trying to build up a pit-stop gap so he could go for a Max style fastest lap with a pit stop right at the end.
