I just spoke with one of my friends that works in DC and he just saw a Blue 335i with light interior from what he could see. It had dual exhaust and the 335i badge in the back. I am going to call my contact at the dealership and see if they have any for test drives.

I envy you guys in the US - I am getting one of the first customer cars in Austria (325i), and can't expect delivery any earlier than Oct. 10.
That sucks! But enjoy it nontheless and post pics and reviews once you got yours!! |

Sad though--still have not sold my '05 330ci
What is sad is that I still have not sold my 330ci ...I really though it would go quick b/c of the sporty combination and low price but no takers....guess the dealer is going to take her next week and give me NADA (not the book-the spanish) for it.....if anyone wants her...she is on EBAY listing #180021598148.........Jet black/Natural brown leather interior/brushed aluminum, sport pckg, Type 71 wheels, Xenon, Moonroof, iPod connection, rear spolier,
6 speed manual, 17K miles....... take care |

it's beautiful... but it's almost like not used enough to be cheap enough to be in the used car market for someone to snatch. 30+K up front for not a new piece of property and during a new model release yr, some people would go w/ the new model entirely.

But on the serious note, very nice car, I am surprised that no one has jumped on it. I'll pass the word around my area see if anyone is interested. |

On the new 3 Series Coupe, there are 2 "Muliti-purpose centre console storage" units. One would assume the front is an ashtray/lighter combo, but what's the other one in the back?

Rear Deck Spoiler
In the E92 COUPE ACCESSORIES BROCHURE, there is a picture of the spoiler on the car but no place to order from...am I missing something here? Also will the rear deck spoiler from the 06 330 fit?

Has anyone else ordered the 335i
Hello Everyone,
Im new to this board but, needed some quick advice. Just ordred a 335i: Black w/ coral red interior gray poplar wood trim sports package Dealer says I have only 2 days to change anything. Ive seen Titanium silver and it looks very BLAH but, I haven't seen this new color Space Grey. Im not sure if the silverchrome trim around the windows will make the black not look as good or should I change to Space Grey ( which I think everyone will have this color) or try Monaco Blue. Love to hear any suggestions!!!! |

Thanks for advice. I decided not to change anything but, I saw in the 330i accessories book clear protective covering. This sounds very interesting but, since I don't have an accessories book for 335i. I don't know if it is even available. I just wish this dealership would hurry up and get accessories book for 335i or put it on BMW website.

this new gen of the 3 series has lost the more obvious wheel flare muscularity... i noticed that the car was sort of 'puffed up' to absorb away the flaring... more recently, i noticed that the flares for the front wheels were absorbed away at the front halves by way of how the Infinity G35 did theirs...
basically the new 3 series has its headlights moved more outward, that is, away from the kidney grill... so now there's a larger gap between the headlights and the kidney grill. doing this makes the whole front fender wider width, so the flaring of the front wheel wells aren't as noticed throughout, only at the back half of the front wheel wells. for the rear wheels, the fact that the car's body was made a tad larger overall, while i think not widening i think what's called the wheel axle width, took away ability to add the wheel flares. The M3 will get an attempt at the flares, but more due to hovering over fat fat tires. |
