Wow. It boggles the mind to think that his abismal judgement was even worse than we originally thought. Wrong side of the street on a decreasing radius blind turn going way too hot on shitty tires and brakes. There ought to be awards for people who survive such amazing levels of stupidity!

I always feel bad for the car. There are plenty of people in this world and more on the way, but BMW will never build another E46 M3.

I think alot of you are failing to realize you all have made mistakes too. They might not have cost you yet, but it's still a mistake.

I disagree with people who label the willfull and repeated driving on the wrong side of a public road as a "mistake". Following that same logic, I suppose playing russian roulette is also a mistake?

I'll answer your question with another, have you not ever driven your M3 wreckless in any way?

Wow, great question!
Yes, @ Willow Springs, Laguna Seca, El Toro, or Buttonwillow, but not on the wrong side of public roads.

Being wreckless is different than making a "mistake". You make a mistake when you're trying to do something right and sh*t happens- like when you misspell a word or miscalculate a figure.

Being wreckless is a selfish CHOICE in behavior and in this case the driver made a choice to say F*ck You to society and anyone else who happened to be on that roadway. Calling it a "mistake" excuses the action here.

Have a safe weekend!

So you're always a law-abiding driver on the road, and you have never once exceeded the speed limit on a public road. Understood. I guess my previous statement only holds true for people who are less than perfect. I'm sorry we all can't be like you.

We all see what you're trying to get at. But, IMO, not all breaking the law/spirited driving is equal.

I certainly exceed the speed limit sometimes (often), and I occasionally test the limits of adhesion when I think the circumstances are right for it.

But I watched that video and immediately thought the driver of the car in front of him should lose his license. Then I saw what the cliff-diver was doing and thought they both deserved to explain themselves to a judge.

Do you think that makes me a hypocrite? Personally, I don't. I think there's a big difference between a spirited canyon drive at 8/10 where you might slide around a bit in your own lane and driving 10/10 into the oncoming lane around blind curves.

Hahaahaha....I'll be your huckleberry.
In addition to not making "mistakes" such as driving like a madman on the wrong side of a public road, I've also never pet a hungry brown bear, punched an on-duty police officer, or sat on a hot stove with my bare ass.
So I guess you're right, I am perfect.

Agree. And to add, I have done my share of dumb road racing, and spirited canyon-type drives. However, never driving over the lines or flying around blind curves near cliffs.

Glad no innocent peeps hurt in either of these cases....cause if it were me you hit, or my wife and kids, best bet I would rip the $hit outta you.

Wouldn't be surprised if a criminal investigation was on its way after exposure at the national level.

From his line at the end, it sounds like he may have learned his lesson.
