Is this really that easy? Labor will add to purchase price (which is ok). I'm just trying to figure out my costs if I go with AE.

The most important part is that you have the correct tools to put the system on. Everything is pretty basic with the exception of a Torx bit that you need to remove the support bracket from the rear of the car to give yourself some more room to work with. We will be releasing a full list of tools and sizes for those that want to DIY so that you can be fully prepared for the install. It is, IMO, one of the easiest exhaust installations, but it would help to have a friend present to help remove the stock exhaust because its 1 big heavy piece that can be a bit awkward to handle alone.

If anyone has any other install related questions about it, feel free to post and I'll be glad to help as much as I can.

Very good to hear. I plan on installing it myself as well. If need be, I would love to help make a DIY....

Nick, would the shipping still be free after the introductory price if I dont make it in th first batch?
We'll take care of you, no worries. We'll extend free shipping for a little while after the initial exhaust special has sold out. We want to try to always have some in stock if possible.

Trying to showcase drone in audio/video is pretty difficult to do.

He meant it's hard to accurately demonstrate drone in a video.

There will be more video's soon though including drone demonstration

Very true. We should have the exhaust on our 335 in a couple days and hopefully a few local members will stop by to listen and post their review so that you guys can get an unbiased opinion from a fellow member.

I just noticed that you're in Huntington Beach?
PM me you're address and I'll stop by.
I'm wondering if I'm walking distance.

AE,

The exhaust sounds great so far. I for one am looking for an exhaust with a HFC. I really dont want to have to buy someones exhaust and start cutting... so yall coming out with the HFC one would be great. Could you please post some videos of it? Preferably with a car running DPs (this is the biggest reason I think most people will run the HFC version). Also can you run it through emissions and see what happens?

We certainly will do some testing once we get our downpipes made.

why not just get a set of RR DP first to see if it's actually raspy or not, i mean if it works then no point wasting money in R&D, unless it's superior quality(can't be that much better anyways) for less than the competition(which i doubt is possible)

Same reason why we made our exhaust, we wanted to make something that was both our own, and of superior quality. Plus, then theres a wider selection of downpipes for consumers to choose from, and it seems natural for most to choose our downpipes to go along with our exhaust once they are complete as well. Everything can always be improved at in some way, and thats what we aim to do.

now this exhaust is pre-production only, only lord knows when will we see DPs. I'm affraid what we need if we wanna hear the exhaust with DPs is not a miracle but a guinea pig with RR or Titek or UR DPs.

Sounds like they don't or won't test their exhaust with other branded downpipes

Nick meant they aren't going to buy another companies downpipes to put on their own car just to test because they are making their own downpipes.

If there is a person out there with aftermarket downpipes who was interested in this exhaust he isn't going to deny them
