guys, is the P990 compatible w/the idrive/bluetooth combo? I did a search and everyone is saying that it is totally not possible, however those posts were from september. Can someone confirm? I ordered my 328XI today and need to know for sure.

Anyways, I went to many forums re: BMW and cell phones, nobody's N73 works on the BMW. I ended up trading in my N73 for a Sony Ericsson K800i ![]() ![]() |

Motorola RIZR Z3 compatibilty issues with BMW Bluetooth
hello everyone,
I just got the new Motorola RIZR phone and am able to pair it easiy with the MBW bluetooth system. Only problem is that I can't get the phonebook to load. Anyone have any similar problems or experience resolving the problem with previous iterations of Motorola phones? Do I need to update the phone or update the BMW computer? Thanks! By the way, the phone is great but the car is even better ![]() |

Verizon recently posted a guide to which phones work with specific cars.
http://support.vzw.com/how_to_use/bl...h_car_kit.html It indicates whether the phones simply connect or whether you can also get the Phonebook to load. Note that it shows the version of the phone's firmware required -- a Verizon dealer can update a phone's firmware (for free) if your phone has an older version.
