165 plates
120 sets of utensils (1 spoon/1 fork/1 knife per set).
100 cups
napkins.

Should be enough, I think? If not, please let me know early so I can run back to Costco and get some more!

How many people exactly are we expecting?

For drinks, we bring big 2L bottles and no small 320ml cans?

For some reason, I am worried about food / drink might not be enough.

That's more than enough for your part, Billy. Can you do me a favor and send me the total cost? I just want to have everything added up before Saturday.

If it's easier, just pick up some cans of soda from Costco.

How many wings you planning on bringing? LOL! Remember, some of us ordered steaks from Leo. And there will also be hamburgers and hotdogs. We have around 20 cars and probably around 50 mouths to feed. So, I don't think we need that much food. LOL!

I'm going to pick up the grills tomorrow. Should I pick up 2 or 3 grills?
