I think it's about routine. I sleep every night at 1am and almost naturally wake up with no alarm on time. Even days that I dont have work, I am up no later than 8am

I think one of the reasons its hard for me to get up, is because I work at home, so like I wake up, walk into the kitchen, turn on the coffee pot, and then I walk into my office, there is no like having to go somewhere thing.

I do the same exact thing. I should be going to the gym at 7 but most mornings i just hit snooze over and over.

My office hours are 10-7 so i'm not really losing money lol

Dude i'm the same way and I hate it. If I get home from a night out at 5am i'll still be awake 8-8:30 and i can rarely sleep during that day.

Sometimes I work late nights and have to work the following day as well and I just can't catch up on my sleep.
