If August rates are cheaper, you should be able to get into those! A good CA will give you that option, ask.

well i kinda wanna know if they'are getting cheaper or more expensive. My deal is that i get the cheaper rate whatever it is. I checked on leasecompare last night and they have it at 0.0028. mine was 0.0025

dude, did i tell you i had dinner at matsuhisa the other night? man.. after that Wasabi sushi matsuhisa isnt the best haha. pretty damn good, but you just got me to be more picky about my sushi. oh, and it was like 3 times the price

Next time we'll go to Kitayama. Hit me up next week if you want to go. It'll be much cheaper and still pretty damn good. Their Wasabi isn't as good but it is definitely higher grade stuff. We'd have to get there when it opens though, or sometimes you have to wait 30+ minutes.

p.s. You are becoming a Sushi Nazi like me.
